LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

Jacalyn Gould Landscape Architect is a Wellesley, Massachusetts based practice specializing in the design

of residential properties.

With over a decade of experience in the New England area, JGLA believes that innovation arises from an understanding of classical principles. The goal of quality, in materials and craftsmanship, is at the heart of our work. Above all, we strive to create landscapes that are timeless and convey a sense of place.

Our approach to design is about listening to our clients and creating functional and meaningful outdoor spaces. Because we are a small firm, we offer clients individual attention throughout the design process, from concept through implementation. We continue to work with clients well after project completion to ensure the long term development of each garden.

JGLA is dedicated to creating sustainable landscapes that lower maintenance costs, increase natural plant communities and utilize local materials. Many of our projects involve work in fragile environments in the wetlands and protected areas of New England.
